FSO will:

• clean your vacated house in preparation for showings

• bring our own cleaning tools and supplies

• clean your vacated house to a level that is cost-effective based upon circumstance

• contact your realtor when the house is finished and leave behind any keys

• return cable equipment if needed

• set out trash cans for final pickup if needed
